To provide and maintain our rewards system securely, we collect specific data points based on your login method and app usage:

  • Personal Information: If you use Google Authentication, we collect your Gmail address and User Name. Guest login does not require this data.
  • Device Information (Android ID): We collect your Android Device ID strictly for fraud prevention, ensuring fair play, and detecting multi-account abuse.
  • Advertising ID (Ad ID): Your device's Advertising ID is automatically collected by integrated third-party ad networks to serve personalized advertisements and analyze ad performance.
  • Activity & Financial Data: We maintain records of your earnings history, in-app wallet balance, and withdrawal requests.
  • Technical Data: Your IP address is automatically collected via integrated advertising and analytics SDKs.
  • Permissions: We request Notification permissions to deliver relevant app updates and rewards statuses.

We utilize trusted third-party services to deliver advertisements, handle crash reporting, and manage push notifications. These services (including ad networks) may collect information, such as your Advertising ID and IP address, to identify you and serve relevant content. Please review their privacy policies:

4. Rewards & Earnings Policy

Glow Games allows users to play casual games and earn points redeemable for gift cards (including Amazon, Flipkart, and Google Play). By participating, you agree to the following rules:

  • Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and must be handled entirely inside the application.
  • Verification & Processing: All rewards are manually verified. The processing time is approximately 24 hours.
  • Fluctuations: The developer reserves the right to change reward rates, point values, or available gift cards at any time without prior notice.
  • Fraud & Suspension: Any suspicious activity, use of emulators, VPNs, or multi-account setups will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points.
  • Finality: Issued gift cards are non-refundable. If a specific requested reward is out of stock, we reserve the right to issue an alternative reward of equal value.

5. Push Notifications

If you grant notification permissions, we use OneSignal to send you:

  • Updates regarding your withdrawal requests and reward statuses.
  • Promotional messages and special earning opportunities.
  • Critical app updates and maintenance notices.

6. Account & Data Deletion

Once requested, your personal data, earnings history, and wallet balance will be permanently removed from our servers within 7 days.

7. Age Restrictions

Glow Games is intended strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
