General location context from SIM country, timezone, and locale — used for service localization and eligibility checks.
Payout Information
UPI ID, PayPal email, or gift card email — collected only when you set up a withdrawal method.
Activity Participation Data
Limited interaction data recorded only when you voluntarily participate in specific in-app activities — used solely to confirm that an activity was completed.
Note: Device-level attributes are collected for platform integrity and fraud prevention only. This data is never shared with advertisers or used to build a personal profile.

Important: We do not continuously monitor user activity outside the scope of verifying participation in specific in-app activities that you voluntarily engage with.
4 App Permissions
Play Karo requests the following permissions. You may deny any permission; however, some features may not function without it.
INTERNET
Core Connectivity — Required for all network-based app functionality.
FOREGROUND SERVICE
Service Synchronization — Maintains real-time sync while the app is actively in use. Does not run persistently in the background.
USAGE STATS
Activity Verification (Consent Required) — Requested only with your explicit consent. Used in a limited capacity to verify participation in a specific in-app activity. Not used to monitor general device or app usage.
NOTIFICATIONS
Push Notifications — Enables service updates via OneSignal. You can disable notifications at any time in device settings.
You can manage or revoke permissions anytime via Android Settings → Apps → Play Karo → Permissions.

6 Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on secure servers with encrypted communication and access controls.
- Data is retained while your account is active
- Upon a verified deletion request, data is removed within 7 business days
- Inactive accounts may be periodically removed along with associated data
- Anonymized aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes and cannot identify you

- Token-based authentication to protect account sessions
- Limited internal access to personal data — only where operationally necessary

8 Children's Privacy
Play Karo is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
If a minor accesses the app, they must do so only under direct parental or guardian supervision.
